Where are you from?

Originally from India, I have been living in New Jersey for more than two decades.

What were you doing before you started working at St. Francis?

I was working at the Diocese in New Jersey.

What is your favorite dessert?

Tiramisu

What are your hobbies?

Travelling, experiencing new cultures, learning new skills.

If you could have dinner with one person, dead or alive, who would it be?

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be my mother. She’s no longer here. Just one more evening to see her smile, hear her voice, and share a meal together would be a precious moment I’d hold close to my heart.

Who is your favorite saint?

Mother Teresa of Calcutta – Founder of the Missionaries of Charity. With her deep compassion and tireless service, she dedicated her life to caring for the abandoned, the sick and the dying.

What is your favorite form of prayer?

I love praying through music because it feels like I’m worshiping without even trying and helps me connect with God.

Do you have a favorite quote or bible verse?

"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Philippians 4:13

What made you want to work for the Church?

I wanted to share the message of faith, hope and love and help build a strong and vibrant community and be part of something greater than myself.

What excites you the most about being on staff?

Being able to witness the rich diversity of the congregation and the people who come together to serve and grow in faith and seeing the many ministries at work and the impact they have is very inspiring and rewarding.
