Where are you from?

Atlanta, Georgia

What were you doing before you started working at St. Francis?

I was a seminarian for the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Atlanta for 8 years. The first four years I was in seminary college in Covington, Louisiana at St. Joseph Abbey and Seminary College, then I did two years of graduate studies in theology at St. Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary in Boynton Beach, Florida. I also had a year of spiritual formation and study as well as a pastoral internship year at a parish in Georgia.

What is your favorite dessert?

Tiramisu!

What are your hobbies?

Playing piano, going on lots of walks, the occasional video game, and spending time with Abba everyday.

If you could have dinner with one person, dead or alive, who would it be?

A dinner with all the people I love most.

Who is your favorite saint?

Ignatius of Loyola

What is your favorite form of prayer?

Ignatian Contemplation and the Examen. After doing the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius, these two forms of prayer have formed my entire prayer life, and I love teaching them to others.

Do you have a favorite quote or bible verse?

Song of Songs 2:14

What made you want to work for the Church?

It is where God has called me! I felt drawn to immerse myself in a life of prayer and intimacy with God and I found that in the Church.

What excites you the most about being on staff?

St. Francis has been a blessing to me from Abba. Everybody has treated me with so much kindness and generosit
