When going through a difficult time it is important for people, who feel the need to share those difficulties, have someone whom they trust and who would keep their confidence.

1️⃣ Nov 5 - Revival Night
Join us Wednesday, November 5th at 6:45pm for Revival Night!
Afterwards join us for pumpkin treats in Gubbio’s! We are making an extra effort to invite the “unchurched” to our monthly Revival Night. This month’s theme is “Praise!” with an emphasis on what it means to praise God, regardless of how we feel.

2️⃣ Nov 6 - Women of St. Francis
All parish women are invited to join the Women of St. Francis for an evening of fellowship on Thursday, Nov. 6, in Rooms A/B of the Great Hall. We’ll begin at 6:30 p.m. with a prayer devotion, followed by our meeting at 7 p.m. A speaker from Bella House will share how they support homeless pregnant women. Refreshments provided! 3️⃣ Nov 7 - Marriage Enrichment Ministry

🕊️ Yesterday, the Church celebrated All Souls’ Day: a time to remember and pray for all who have gone before us in faith. Throughout November, we continue this beautiful tradition of remembrance and hope.

If you would like to include the name of a departed loved one in our Book of Remembrance, please pick up an envelope in the Narthex. Envelopes may be returned in the collection during Mass or brought to the parish office.

May the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. 🕊️

This year, All Saints Day falls on Saturday, November 1. Though it won’t be a Holy Day of Obligation, we invite everyone to join us in honoring all the saints by attending Mass.

We’ll celebrate a bilingual Mass at 8:30 am! Please note that confessions will be cancelled.

All Saints Day is a time to remember every soul in Heaven—those we know by name and those known only to God. Let’s celebrate the communion of saints together!

🙏 The Liturgy of the Eucharist is the high point of Christian worship. It follows a structure that has been handed down through the centuries.

This part of the Mass fosters a deeper relationship with Jesus and is considered the source and summit of the Christian life. This sacred rite is not only a memorial of Jesus' Last Supper but also a real and present encounter with the living Christ.

Another beautiful way to honor the Eucharist and continue this encounter with Christ is to attend Eucharistic Adoration! 📅 Join us for our November Revival Night on Wednesday, November 5th at 6:45pm in the Church.

All mothers are welcome to join MOMS Ministry on Tuesday, October 21st at 7:00 pm for a night of Adoration and fellowship. Meet in Great Hall C, and we'll walk to the chapel together for time with the Lord in Adoration. Afterwards, we'll enjoy time connecting with one another over a meal. We hope to see you there!

4️⃣ Senior Ministry
The next St. Francis Senior Ministry meeting will be Wednesday, October 22nd from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm in the Parish Center - Meeting Rooms A and B.

Our goal for this meeting is to establish a leadership group for our ministry and set expectations for future meetings and events. All ideas and input welcome. Refreshments will be served. Please RSVP to m-seniors@stfoafrisco.org by October 20th.

Today we celebrate St. Teresa of Ávila. Teresa was a Carmelite nun, mystic, reformer, and the first woman to be named a Doctor of the Church.

Her writings invite us into deeper friendship with God and remind us that interior peace is found only in Him.

Today we celebrate the Feast of the Archangels!

The day is set aside to honor these three archangels, St. Michael, St. Raphael, and St. Gabriel, for their roles in God’s plan of salvation and their continued spiritual protection. It’s a reminder of the invisible help God provides through His angels, encouraging the faithful to seek guidance, protection, and intercession.

2️⃣ Senior Ministry Lunch and Kickoff
Our church is excited to begin a new journey—forming a Senior Ministry that will celebrate wisdom, deepen faith, and build lasting connections. If you're age 60 or over and would like to part of this ministry for seniors and by seniors, please join us for the 12:15 Mass on Wednesday September 24th, with a kickoff lunch following in the Great Hall. At the lunch we will invite everyone to share ideas with each other about the ministry.

Frisco Interfaith Alliance is inviting all in our community to join us on September 21 at 5:30pm. We will gather at the entrance of Frisco Commons, where a Peace Tree was planted several years ago, as a living reminder of our shared commitment to peace. Together, we will hold a special ceremony to commemorate the International Day of Peace and lift prayers for peace in our world. This is a free community event, open to people of all ages and faith traditions. Come as you are and join us in cultivating peace in Frisco and beyond.
