Registration for the upcoming 2010-2011 session of Faith Formation will
open on May 3, 2010. The new registration forms for 2010-2011 will be
available on line and at the church on May 3.
Registration will close on July 30. Late registrations will be accepted
after the start of classes on September 12, 2010. Class assignment
notifications will be mailed to the home in mid August after
registration closes. If you have not received your class assignment
notification by September 1, please contact the Children’s Ministry
office. Forms
must
be completed in their entirety and the registration fees must be
included with the forms in order to be processed. Leaving blank spaces
can result in delays in your registration process.
If the
registration fees pose a financial hardship, please contact your child’s
Faith Formation Director. No child will be denied catechesis or sacraments due
to financial circumstances. There is no cost to
catechists and team leaders who volunteer for the full year.
